The sign is green, all is well: the Pilatus is making the rotations!
CONFIRMATIONS ONLY
The yellow sign means that there are 15 knots of wind or more at touchdown and that you need at least a B CoP to jump.
NO JUMPING
The red sign informs you that the meeting is suspended due to weather or air traffic.
CLOSED CENTRE
Regardless of the weather, the white sign or no sign means that the centre is closed.
